The area of project management concentrates on overall
project organisation as well as on the support of project developers
and investors. The spectrum of services is defined both by the project
itself and by the desired scope of consulting and support. Apart
from controlling tasks on cost development and scheduling, this
field of activity contains also the tasks of project steering and
coordination in particular with research projects. A further emphasis
is laid on the support of formal approval procedures by means of
a systematic approach to handle objections of third parties and
